Begin your Daufuskie Island trip with a boat ride from either Hilton Head, SC or Savannah, GA. There are no bridges to the southernmost inhabited island in SC. Whether you arrive by public ferry, private water taxi, or private boat, you’ll need a golf cart, the island mode of transportation, to explore.

Daufuskie Life provides electric 6-seater and 4-seater golf carts for nightly rentals and 4-Seater gas golf carts for daily rentals (up to 8 hours).  We make it simple, click here to reserve your golf cart and we'll do the rest.  We drop off and pick up your nightly rental golf cart(s) at your rental unit.  We meet you at Melrose Landing or the County Dock with your daily rental golf cart(s).
